Faculty can no longer register students for a course through Canvas

Effective today per the registrar’s office, faculty can no longer register students for a course through Canvas. If for any reason a student has not registered for the course through the registrar’s office, then faculty can add the student to their class in Canvas under the role of Non-Enrolled Student. This means the student is not receiving credit for the course and needs to register the correct way through the registrar’s office. However, the student can see the course material in Canvas through this role.
